What affects the price of a 3D property tour?

Floor area is a starting point
An open apartment and a property of the same size divided into many rooms may take different amounts of time to capture. Routes, floors, access and preparation all influence the job. Extensive mirrors or glass may need additional attention. Floor area is therefore useful for a first budget estimate, while a final quote needs a short description of the property and the intended result.
Compare what you receive
One offer may include only a viewable tour; another may add selected images or a short video. Ask whether scene clean-up, the starting view and a revision round are included. Also check whether you receive a source file or only a sharing link. These are different handover arrangements. Agree the relevant usage rights and deliverables before placing an order rather than assuming that every format is included.
Check the hosting period
An online tour needs somewhere to serve its scene files. Ask how long the link remains active, how renewal works and what happens at the end of that period. Request a like-for-like quote
